Shiney New and hoping for info on cluster housing pls

Hi from cold, rainy Ireland. We move to Singapore at the end of July. Had a few days earlier this month to visit schools and do some house hunting. Looks like our kids (aged 4 and 7) will attend OFS, so we are looking to rent in a cluster house development somewhere in the general area of the school (district 9/10). Really liked the community feel to some of the developments we saw, although they were slightly further west than we'd like (Tenerife, Gilstead, Binjay). Any reviews/opinions good, bad or medium would be brilliant. Found the school hunting a complete head wreck - hope we've made the right decision about OFS ! Thanks in advance for any tips.
