im looking for job in singapore as an oracle data base administrator and have 5 years of exp. but im unable to get any calls from singapore IT organizations

im planning to come in visit visa and is it possible for me to find job and change my visa visa to work visa

please help me and let me know how can i do

If you find a job then your employer will sort out the visa problems as they are the ones who have to file to get you an Employment Pass as they are your sponsor. Now, whether you can find a job is a different kettle of fish. Google is your friend when it comes to local IT oriented recruitment agents.
