Upmarket Hairdresser Required

Hi guys, I am looking for an extremely good hairdresser for complex services – digital or ceramic perm, multicolouring (3 colours), not your regular jinny yip, redken or whatever.. Happy to pay higher price if its worth it.
BTW do you know a place where they do human hair extension? Natural blond European hair desired.

Why must the hairdresser be upmarket? I visit a lady in her HBD flat and so do a lot of European expats with blonde hair. US/Canadian Embassy ladies use her as well. I wouldn't call her up market. I can get a color with highlights and cut for less than $90. Sorry I can't help you.

To the lady who wants an 'upmarket' hairdresser, if you want to pay the Le Papillon in Park View Square. He worked in New York, so knows European hair, and he will quickly rid you of any excess money.
