For your info, They do take in people above 25 years old.
For instance, my own batch mate. And you mentioned less turn over rate? - for your own info, she resigned right after 2 solo flights.

Maybe it's not about the age, have you not think about it?

I agree with Plavt. The English is bad. You shouldn't be disappointed or in this case, surprised on why you were not selected. By the way, the cabin crew management only manage cabin crews. They are not buyers. What can they buy anyway? Haha!
