help with knitting?

hi i am new mum-2-b and would like to knit a baby blanket, can anyone help me to knit the blanket,i know basic knitting. if anyone can spare an hour or so once a week?
also are there any knitting groups that i can join so i can learn how to knit the blanket?

hi thnks for replying, but i have no idea about quilting and am more comfortable with knitting. i believe u need to also know embroidery for quilting and i'm quite bad with the needle and thread. :D

When is your baby due???? If it's end of the year, I don't mind helping out - I'll be arriving in late August. If it's any time sooner, urm, it might be a bit tough. :P

There are some knitting groups in Singapore - check out Ravelry.com (knitting database and forum) and I know the mod for the SG team (Lois) organises knitting meets regularly.
