Hey all, anyone know where to get powdered egg in SG? Cant seem to find anywhere...

OK, more specifically, powdered (dried) egg whites... Just need whites and would rather not do all the separating business, as i just get covered in egg :)

Because they have a longer shelf life?
Because they don't need a cooler on a camping trip?
Because they will be available when the next Bird Flue Episode hits?

They taste like crap though......

If you need it for a icing/frosting recipe, you might try 'bake-it-yourself' shop at bt timah road. Just google and look for the website b-i-y. They sell baking supplies, decorations etc.

I've bought meringue powder from there some time ago. I think I saw powdered egg white as well. Call them to check.
