I haverecently moved to singapore. We were trying to have our own child for the past few years and not successful so far. Please do guide me on good doctor/hospital for our case. I heard Dr Ariff Bongso is good but have no clue on where he is practicing.

Save your money! What ages are you? It is not uncommon for couples to go years and years without getting caught, my own brother went several years too, until he tried my method!

I believe some people are just unlucky, they probably have sex at the wrong time and never get caught...sperm doesn't live for ever, and for every few million you ejaculate only one will get there...All the others will succumb to th elements..vaginal acid and other hazards on the way.

If your wife is too acidic it may make it more difficult, although you may or may not know, how the body functions enough, to understand why she isn't getting pregnant...I don't know.

But you could try, timing the ovulation, and start making an effort one or two days before, to several days after....and I really do mean, go for it, 5 to 10 times a day, the more sperm you can deliver, the more chance you have of success.

She mustn't stand up after intercourse, this will lead to sperm running out, better still is to elevate the hips for an hour, to encourage the fluids to run one way towards the uterus, it's not at all like playing darts

Survival of sperm in a woman that is too acidic can be a problem, so check vaginal acid with litmus paper, vaginal fluids mustn't be less than pH 4, otherwise the sperm will not survive.

You have nothing to lose, and you can save a lot of money! But the ovulation timing is very important, miss that, and she will not get pregnant. so you have a set period of time, to snooker the ball in, so save your energy for the big moment!

Once or twice is not good enough, keep at it before and after the egg drops. The little tadpoles have got a long way to swim, so it's hips up, so they get a little help, down to the uterus. no standing up for an hour, after intercourse! try it!

i've never heard of a dr bongso in singapore that's an obstetrician.

he could be a physician-clinician... sounds like that guy.

just walk on over to KK Women's Hospital, they'll hook you up at decent rates.
