Paying rental costs

Post by cbat » Mon, 02 Jun 2008 10:23 am

Quick question I hope someone can answer for me, I am looking at what I need for renting an apartment and have found I need 1 months rent for the (good will deposit and 2 months rents for the security deposit. So my question is what is the normal way these are paid? by cheque or direct deposit/bank transfer

That's up to you and landlord, but cheque is the most common way, as it can be handed over when you sign the lease.
