Go to bed early, with tea bags on each one! Bloody hell can't remeber the tea's name, I'll get back to you on the tea.chixchix wrote:HI has anyone done any treatment for dark eye circles and saw results ?

Don't bother with tablets, get the real thing. Kale spinach, or broccoli the easiest to find. Eat plenty of carrots to improve your vision (have you ever seen a rabbit with glasses on) no! So it must work!

Black tea works there is also another but you will have to search.

I got the Vit K cream from my derm (one at night and one in the morning) and after a month of using I mujst say it has improved. Dont buy over the counter stuff cause most of them dont have the potency needed for proper visible results...unless of course you are educated on the active ingredients and potency levels etc...then it becomes quite easy.chixchix wrote:HI has anyone done any treatment for dark eye circles and saw results ?

Also depends on why you have dark circles--genetically hollowed undereye areas or due to poor circulation and thin skin.......................treatment varies for both and so do results.

I thought Vitamin K is for blood coagulation, as in for your blood to form a clot to stop bleeding. How does this work for dark eye circles?chixchix wrote:HI has anyone done any treatment for dark eye circles and saw results ?

If you really want Vitamin K, you can go to a doctor and get injected dose of Vitamin K, but I doubt it will help your dark eye circles. Because usually the injection is only recommended if you re lab tested that it takes longer for your blood cell to form a clot and takes longer to repair the damaged cells. Hence its usually tested before you undergo a surgery.
Btw, if vit K does really work for dark eyes circle.. You can find it in dark green vegetables like spinach or brocolli and other green fruits like kiwis and advocados. They re most abundant in vitamin K.
hope this helps.
...don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze, but I think maybe it's both...

I think reducing dark eyes circles are more than a quick fix of vitamin K. It may reduce it temporarily but if you have poor diets and lifestyle the dark eyes circle will still come back.
I'll just put the link here on tips how to reduce dark eyes circles. Its quite informative. Hope u find this helpful.

Does vitamin K really helps ? I read in the internet some people with dark rings no matter how much they sleep to replenish back, the dark ring just wont go away.
Dark rings may be factor that some part of our body are not functioning that well. If that is the case i dont think creams does help unless you solve the problem from within.
