gradual transformation i see...:) anyway, u look beautiful (even just looking at ur eyes) :) I had lipo done on my tummy and thighs a couple of months ago under dr. nasir in prince court medical centre and im very pleased. he has an excellent reputation in malaysia and i can see why. also, the hospital...incredible! would recommend anyone to him. i'm considering a breast augmentation at some point. :)
Thank you for the compliment :) Having the surgery was probably one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

Do you have an idea what size you would like to be? I used to be a b cup I am now a D cup, although that may sound big, fake boobs are always smaller than real boobs. I do not look big at all without a bra!

Thank you :)

I cant find a good picture of my before eyes....probably because I hated taking pictures as i felt too ugly! But my eyes were very saggy and heavy, I had to try open my eyes very hard in that picture! But that picture was taken before my eyes eventually started to get naturally worse as I tried experimenting with double eyelid glue for a year, it stretched my skin and made my eyes 10x worse then before that i had no other option but to go with the surgery.

I've been through many surgeries before ,not necessarily PS, and every time I took zinc and vit C 1000 mg for about 1 month pre op, and 3 months post op. It think it helps. Stop vit. E or omega oil intake, since it can cause blood thinning. I also drank lots of green tea. Heard that many people swear by Sinnech, but theres no sinnech on sale here, so I have no idea. Don't forget to buy your SARS mask before op. U can buy it in 7/11.

Good luck on ur surgery!!
Thanks Weeles :D Anyway regarding to double eyelid surgery, Dr Wong that you all mentioned here refers to Singapore from Gleneagles rite? I may also want to consult Dr Su on double eyelid procedures when i'm in Taiwan on December.

UKorientalgirl:

If you don't mind me asking...for the breast implants: what materials did you get inserted? And what placement (under or over the muscle)?

I'm really tiny (skinny) but my breasts are naturally a 12B. I'm thinking of going up just a cup size more (like 250cc). Dr. Chuang has reccomended the cohesive silicone gel for me.

Do they feel really obviously 'fake'?

Hope you don't mind me asking!!?! I would just hate it if anyone could tell mine were fake!!

2nd week, no make up

Epi scar still red and very obvious. Theres still some tightness and swelling. I'm too lazy to do the warm compress :P and Im still kinda paranoid bout putting any make up directly on the scar.

Your eyes are fine, just a little sleepy looking. I seriously think you can have very good results if you plan to have some eyelid surgeries.

I personally think tapered, flared blepharoplasty with 5mm creases done with a 2mm epicanthoplasty would look very good if you get yourself a good doctor.

Reasons why I suggested those procedures:

-5mm creases because anything more than that usually looks very unnatural/strange on a guy. Plus you actually have pretty big eyes but droopy eyelids so you really don't need very big creases.

-tapered because parallel creases can also look very unnatural on a guy. http://www.drmeronk.com/asian/asian-eyelid-men.html

-flared creases can give an illusion of depth. This is kind of hard to explain. Please check out http://www.drmeronk.com/asian/asian-eyelid-crease.html and

-2mm epicanthoplasty because your eyes are kind of wide apart and removing the Mongolian fold would give very good results. It will open up your eyes and give you a more alert look.

Pros and cons of suture method: http://www.drmeronk.com/quicknotes/asian-suture.html

Pros and cons of incision method: http://www.drmeronk.com/quicknotes/asia ... ional.html

If you get a good doctor incisional can heal and give great results, but operative word being good. http://www.drmeronk.com/asian/asian-eyelid-scar.html

Lastly, please don't be too excited and go ahead of yourself and get big creases because it is difficult to remedy if you end up looking weird. You can easily increase the size of your creases but it is very hard to correct overtly high creases.

Do check out the rest of the site; it is pretty informative. Dr Meronk is one of the best eyelid surgeries doctor.

Good luck.

Hi there! Of course I dont mind you askin! Mine were also cohesive silicone, I had 375ccs medium high profile over the muscle which is equivalent to 2 and a half cup sizes. Trust me they do not look very big at all though! Friends i havent told about my augmentation cant tell and havent said anything! You'll find alot of people who go through breast augmentation the majority will have wished they have gone bigger, including me!But i suppose it depends what look you are after.what size would you like to be? Mine look and feel natural, but it depends on how experienced yor surgeon is and Ive heard chuang specialises in breasts so you should be ok!when do you plan to have it done? you can ask me anything else! :)

Your eyes look great! Still in the early stages, alot of swelling to go down.

May I ask what is epi? I read about it alot but not too sure what it is!lol

Thanks Cersepn,

nop, I didnt get the 3 point mini incision. I got the mini incision, the dr made only one incision on the middle of the eyelids, which is about 1 cm long. I think I have too much fats there, so this method is more effective for the fat removal than the 3 point incision.

Thanks! the new eyes really boost my self esteem :)

I second feline eyes, I think a tapered crease would look good on guys. Parallel creases are more feminine, IMO. And yes, ur eyes are quite big, so low tapered crease can open up ur eyes already.

If u want to see dr. Su on your trip, I'd suggest u book an appointment first, as her schedule is quite full.

Thanks! Do u know how much further are the creases going to go down? I m already started liking the height now.

Medial epicanthoplasty is when the doctor cut the inner corner of ur eyes to make the eyes bigger by removing the mongolian fold (skin covering ur eye corner), and it will make the eyes look closer to each other. u can see more tear duct after epi.
