Comestic and Plastic surgery in Taiwan

I'm planning to have my eyelids and nose surgery done in Taiwan. Problem is, I'm considering 2 different doctors at the same time.

I've emailed both Dr Kao and Dr Tsai. I'm contemplating to have my eyes done with Dr Tsai whereas nose with dr Kao. Both give me different explanations about my eyelids though. Somehow, I'm feeling more comfortable with Dr Tsai reply, hence explains why I'm considering him as well, but at the same time, I know that Dr Kao has been a renowned plastic surgeon, especially in rhinoplasty.

Any inputs are well appreciated. On a side note, anybody is going to Taiwan in June?

No pain!! I was surprised.

Any questions, shoot at me an ill try to answer.

I'm satisfied with my result.

Dr kao will not touch alars from the side due to risk of scarring.

Also, make sure you stress to him exactly what you want. He is rather conservstive

After:Front view. my tip is still very swollen and i knew that tip will be the last to deswell as i have thick skin too but it's noticeably smaller even though the shape is still round due to swelling

praying my tip will deswell cos the front view is still bulbous ..but i love my side view alot!

Honestly, you tip isnt bulbous at all... Your old nose was very bulbous

nooooo i hope its not the final shape..i want a very nicely shaped tip..this current tip is not what i want. But i strongly believe its still the swelling

next stop should be facial contouring for me

I am thinking of going to Taipei on 6 June with Dr Kao. And I am looking for companion to share lodging and stay around 7-10 days in Taipei. Is there anyone interested?

This is my first time overseas surgery. I am looking into rhinoplasty and genioplasty.

Hi guys its been ages since i been to this forum. I actually just went to korea to have rib nose done by dr lee, vip. note.... BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. He keep telling me that my nose is too short he will try his absolute best yo make it LONG.... Now i got a BIG UGLY nose. Anyway, vip is not all that in korea. They have 0% base of korean customers. Anyway they RIP me off BIG TIME. My face is now ruined n they couldnt do anyting about it.
Which is why i am now actively looking for another doctor to redo it. My objective is to TAKE OUT all rib pieces. But lee remake ur entire nose structure which make it impossible for other normal doctors to redo it. I have few korean docs who offer to redo it with implants / bring it down....but im still worried they judge too early....or just want to make easy money off desperate foreigner like me. Seriously if u r foreigner in korea, beware!!! They will stop at nothing to get ur money. I learnt it the hard way. Have been crying my eyes out everyday....the nose had change my eyes, my eyes r pulled in making it weird, i cant do sny expression.... He changed WAY TOO MUCH TOO DRASTIC....

I had heard bad reviews bout dr hsu....but via our emails....he said he can revise it by taking lots of the small cartilage pieces out....n try to bring it back to like my original nose....im still scared but he is one of my top choice now. Anybody have any suggestion pls do tell me! Anything helps now! Bcos a lot doctors believe that its the best time to reverse it soon bfore the the nose structure becomes fixed.

Why is it that dr hsu is not as famous as dr kao it seems? Or r there any oth good doctors at doing RIB REVISION, pls let me know! Thanks! I really really just wanna go back to my original nose...

Ya, I read from one forum that it is hard to find a doctor to do rib revision. It is good you managed to find one.

Hi,

I am seeing Dr Kao on 6 June Wed, I will stay in Taipei till 14 June.

I am planning to stay in the kan-ning Service Apartment beside the hospital.

I am looking for someone to share lodging costs, companion, give each other some emotional support haha.
