Worries wrote:Hi Dear all this is something to share.. If you wanna Do surgery with Dr Chuang wishclinic-PLS DO MORE RESEARCH ON HIM! His ratio of fail surgery is 50-60%! Our forum member here Jessie90, Boil18,Ms Juice n myself is already a victim, there r many other previous bad review failed surgery done by him as well. You all can read though page post 80-93. If got enough time read from page 40-93 and u can count the victim rate. I understand Surgeon do make mistake but if his failure ratio is more than half I would say he is not experience enough, he only specialist in BA.
My Revision had became v complicated which had cost me 5k to fixed his blotchy job! (Dr Chuang from Wishclinic, as a Plastic surgeon he did not remove my previous primary surgery eyelid scar line which done by JJ Chua before he could create another New Incision fold, in fact he add on a higher deeper incision above e old one! Hence he did not manage to diagnose I born with Slight Ptosis problem.
I show Dr Kim my before surgery photo, This what Dr Kim says- Irene Initially do not need to do anything on her slight Ptosis..but due to Dr Chuang had make a high Incision cut on her Dermis skin without removing her old scar line this will cause more scar tissue forming hence Deep incision had Weaken her levator muscle that worsen her Ptosis problem!
Dr Kim to help me on my revision, he remove alot of my skin to create a mid fold. That time, im only at 4mth post ops, no dr is confident to do revision for me accept Dr kim and Dr Kwon. End up I choose Dr Kim beside of his highly skilled experience another reason was because I trust my frd Elaine who is formally working for Bkclinic. Although She is no longer with bkclinc now. I still have to thank her n Dr Kim for my revision.
Although surgery is base on luck at times but I believe research with real patients feedback does help u to make a better judgement n decision wisely.
Actually I did my surgery w Dr Chuang in aug, w my friend as well. I'm quite happy w my result. I guess I'm one if the lucky ones tt got gd results. My experience w him it's quite ok. But I think the nurses are pretty rough and it caused me tremendous pain when she is taking off my stitches. But my friend felt painless at all. So I guess need luck as well.

hey guys,
I am going to Dr. Kao for my first nose job next week! *jittery*. He told me he does eye surgeries as well?? Has anyone's eyes been done by him at all? Also, he does facelift too! My mama may be going to do her facelift with him but it's unconfirmed yet. if she's going, i will update you guys the progress.
Can anyone who have done rib autologous cartilage rhino tell me if your change is very drastic and is it natural?
Cheers!

Government doctor. Yeah I 2nd ur sentiments!
Dr Kao's friend Dr Chen does the eye surgeries.
The material use of rib/silicone does not determine the degree of change.
It is the requested height of the nose bridge or the alarplasty/tiplasty done that determines it.

Yea, I read somewhere, can't remember where, that his friend Dr Chen would come in to do for eyes....do you know the full name of this Dr Chen? I would like to go for consultation with him in his clinic.
And Dr kao seems responsive... I emailed him a couple of times these 3 years, he always replied even though I haven't decided what I want to do yet. That is what I like about a doctor, not ignoring you.
And I also don't like clinics churning out patients like a rotating door, evidently such will have many revision cases, I think, ya?

A doc in korea told me that i have slight ptosis. Does anyone in this forum know a renowned plastic surgeon in Taiwan that can perform this procedure?
Seems like it's risky to get Dr chuang (wish clinic) after coming across bad reviews.
PLS HELP.

I think most rhino surgeries are now open, it is easier, I think. Only those trained in the old camp can do the closed surgery though closed surgery has a faster healing rate so maybe you can scout around for one who can do closed?
If you are in the US, maybe I can give you the name of one who could do closed?

Cheers
nosecraze wrote:Hi all,
Dr kao does silicon as well. I used a new material that he recommended called silitex. It is goretex with outer coating of silicone.
I also did tiplasty with ear cartilage. So in total I did tiplasty, alarpasty, rhino.
I am happy with my results as many I've met were shocked to know my nose is actually fake cox it looks so natural and all thought I was Eurasian. Lol.
Most importantly, plastic surgeries shld be done to enhance your original look in a most natural way.
When I went for surgery the last time, I brought 3 other friends along, and 1 of them did nt head my advice and went to do her nose with Chuang. End up Chuang did L shape implant for her and when she came back her L shape implant started to potrude from her skin and she had to head back for revision. Now her nose is so thin and pointed, u 1 look know she did plastic surgery.
A good surgery shld leave ppl wondering what u did to urself that made u prettier now. Not 1 look and call you plastic.
Just my humble opinion, hehe.
