Hi all!! My surgeries by dr chuang is 4 months post op.

I am very unhappy!
My right eyelid has higher than the other, and in fact, both are too high!
And the tip of my nose is still bulbous. Is it still to early?

After my surgeries, I felt slightly more good-looking but now, I am so sick of my looks. I feel so ugly with my broad cheekbones and chin that's not sharp enough. It has been with common occurrence with people calling me ugly, but now that I have done PS, shouldn't it stop?

Hence i come to a conclusion that double eyelids and a higher nose won't turn you into a swan if you don't have good bone structure to begin with.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy. You are right - features have to match with face shape etc. People should not call you ugly - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You may think you are ugly but to some other person, they may think you are pretty.
Anyway, eyes can take 6 months and nose one year so maybe you wait a while to see the final results. In the meanwhile, don't dwell on the surgeries, no need to get yourself depressed.

Hi horsey,

Yes Dr Hsu does not accept credit card, have to pay by cash. Someone i know went to him for surgery n brought the stacks of cash to pay him.

Another surgeon i know of in taiwan also does not accept credit card, he also accepts cash only. Dr Kao accepts credit card.

So i suppose not all surgeons in Taiwan accept credit card unlike here in Singapore whereby credit card is probably the most commonly used method to pay for surgeries.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Good day!

Hope you are well.

I happen to view and saw you had eye surgery with Dr Chuang. Well eyes may months to heal completely. You should wait and see because the swell is still there. It may take awhile to heal. Meantime May i have a look at your photos Before and after surgery.

Thanks

The more I research, the more I am confused. Now I am back to square one not knowing which doc to go to. Anyone happy with your nose and eyes surgeries done in Taiwan?

Has anyone been to Charm Cosmetic Clinic in Taiwan?

When will u b going Taipei? I will be going Taipei next yr on labour day for my eyes with dr chuang. What abt u ?

Anyone can pm me..

Ive just visited another kr dr, and he tells me that my eyelids are too high and thick. I almost agreed that it gives me a haggled, tired look.
But maybe for now, I am going to leave it and correct it after 21.

Anyone going to chuang, please reconsider. Yes, he is experienced in this field and the prices are reasonable, but look at the quality to his work!
Worries, boi and mine eyes were way to high. Even his epi didn't look quite natural.

And for my nose, its been 4 months post op and the tip is still bulbous. To my extreme horror, that kr dr even said there is a high risk of extrusion in the following years as the tip is too high. The bridge area is too sleek too.

I do not recommend Wish clinic to anyone and I am having second thoughts about returning there this year for bone shaving.

I am not doubting chuang's skills, and I agree he tries to give you what you want, but look at where greed has got me. A face that's in-proportionate. So be careful what you ask for when u're with Chuang...

Hi,i email to Dr Kao and he suggested a tip refinement for me. Heard this procedure is quite major and requires a very skillful doctor to complete it.
He suggested the tip surgery using ear cartilage ....

but how come some of you are using rib cartilage?

You guys shd have read my comments before going to dr chuang.

I was kind enough to publish sensitive data like limited release photographs.

Please do not go to chuang for any surgery , especially epi and double eyelid surgery.

Else you'll only have yourself to blame for awful results, and having to spend US$4000 on super good revision ( Yes that is the price of revision in Korea for double eyelid, at a reputable doctor. Other doctors charge similarly )

Hey guys.

I'm planning on surgery with Dr Kao. I'd love some company, would be great to find someone to be mutual support during the healing process and eat/shop our way through Taiwan...
I'm female btw.

Will of course keep you updated once the date comes... So nervous!

I went because the lady in which I "engaged" her services (which costed me nearly 2k just to accompany me there <-- almost 2 months part time work salary #@*!!@), ensured me Dr chuang is skilled and good and I was stupidly convinced.

At first I was quite pleased. It seemed good and the swelling went down fine but the end results are different. T.T
