IMHO, if an ethical doctor says it's better if you do epi even if you are going to do rhino, you should trust him.
Getting rid of the epi fold involves quite alot of skin movement.. unless your bridge is super high, i really don't see how just an implant is going to change your epi fold that much. Even if it were so, the eye to nose area is going to look weird and tight for sure.

i guess i will think harder to go for what type of nose..natural or pointy nose.hehe
May i know how does the nose feel after using autology rhino? Does it feel like a real nose or does it feel like there's a stick bone that can be shifted from left to right when use the finger to move feel the nose? sorry for the silly question again. heh
hi,
from the pictures i saw of you, i think if u want a high and sharp nose, it may look werid on you. also you may need two surgery in order to achieve what you wanted. ask doctor for his opionion 1st before deciding. best is to bring 2-3 nose you like and ask which one he thinks he can do and suit you the most.
you know why dawn yeo look weird? coz she got round head but with sharp features. this is not natural..sharp features goes with more squarish or "non rounded "head
Golden Rules of PS:
1)If it aint broken, dun fix it / dun fix what u dun need
2)Perfect individual features usually dun yield perfect face
3)Work on your confidence 1st

Hi tanjhj,
thanks for your advise. Im thinking to have a pointy nose but high in the sense of not that high which starts off from my eyes area.. that is too high to my liking for my current nose..sigh.
Im looking to have my nose bridge that starts off only halfway from my eyes, then a more lowered nose tip. hehe I would like to have a hump nose but in mian xiang... its not so good for girls, so i knocked off that idea.
Dawn yeo has got round head?

Dawn Yeo is her official name. She uses Yang in her blog
if u read the stomp forum.. u will know she always photoshopped her pics before upload to her bold. one thing she do is to make her head less big and less round..
