Am looking for gym partner(s). I have made umpteen futile attempts to disciple myself to exercising regularly. Having just recovered from a prolonged sports injury, I believe that good company will help me muter the energy to get back to regular exercise and better shape.
Am not looking for hardcore bodybuilding regime, but basic exercises to help get fit, so both males & females are welcome. I have some fundamental knowledge of exercise’s/regimes, and will be able to extend some advise (though not an expert – any help and support from the partner will be more than welcome).
I have membership to Planet Fitness (all branches) as well have a decent gym where I stay (Jurong West) and am flexible with location, but would prefer PF at Suntec (weekdays) or the residential gym on week-ends.
