planing to move to singapore from japan

hi , i am a single mother from philipines permanently reciding here in japan with 3kids , i am planing to relocate to singapore with my kids ...can anyone give advice how to relocate from japan.... since its very high cost of living including taxes i thought singapore is not tht much compare here, is it a good choice to relocate to singapore ...what i need to do to my property here before i transfer and schools i can find school for my kids ..how much cost i need to live to singapore...

Yes, standard of living is not as high as in Japan. But still not too low also.
A basic monthly expenses is about S$1500-S$2500
