Good question -- I don't know of any. Singaporean restaurants seem to all close terribly early, if not by 10 PM then certainly before midnight.

Any suggestions? And no hawker centres etc, but the kind of place you could bring a date.

Yes, any restaurants open after 12 midnight?

The only non-hawker center I've eaten at after midnight was Monkey's Cafe on level one behind Orchard Towers...walk around Orchard Towers to the place where Denny's used to be and look back towards Orchard Towers and you should find it - if its still there, that is.

Used to be a pretty decent place...unlike the rest of Orchard Towers

If you go there, ask the waitress for an "Orgasm" ...and point to it on the drinks menu if you really want to be clear about what you're asking for

Checker's restaurant is a 24 hour restaurant, located at somerset and marina square. Food's good there, gotta try it~!
Checker's and Denny's boss is the same i think.

My favourite dining place after midnight...

is Sushi Yoshida at Devonshire Road (Somerset) where weekend dining extends to past 1am...

Is slightly pricey but the quality of food is absolutely fab and I don't eat very much each time I am there so the bill is kept reasonable.

Everything on the menu is recommended!! :)

Good Luck! :)

 Have you tried Mankansutra's website? From here in UK - I'm dribbling with envy the variety of food available in Singapore.
