Sublet

Hi,

I am a Singaporean who is living abroad. I visit every year and I use to stay with my in-laws. Although, I love them - but they are not child-proof. This time, I am coming home with a VERY curious 10 month old and my 7 year old.

I would like to sublet anyone's condo/apartment - preferably near an MRT, close to Hougang (near in-laws and Mom) or city (tho' with my budget it is a loooonnnggg shot) It will need to be furnished - but I am fine without appliances except for a kettle and a fridge.

I can provide excellent references from my landlords. I am hoping to rent from expats who are leaving to visit their families for the summer.

I am planning to arrive July 15th and will leave Singapore August 21st. I can't take over all the rent tho'. My budget will be $1800 - $2000 for the entire period.
