before doing that, you may ask him/her to consider therapy instead/first.
just so you know, the pain may intensify after a patient gets jabbed or you may need more than 1 jab... among other problems that manifests.
you should get his/her primary care doctor to write a referral as his/her case notes are invaluable. some may have experience in managing migraine.
or else, any public hospital in singapore would do the therapy or carry out the jabs if necessary, as they are all properly equipped.
otherwise, look for any board-certified neurologist if you're looking for a private doctor. they do migraines pretty good...
