Late bloomers or surgical changes ? What's yr point? Dawn had lots of speculations on her going for surgery but still, she denied it all.

I believe her claims though. she believes in God, I think it's God who gloriously transform her. who's Dawn's rumored surgeon anyway ? :D

Late bloomers or surgical changes? -> What does my post sounds like? Does it sound like i believe she s a late bloomer? Doubt so.

Any forehead implant surgeon recommended?

Thanks in advance!
Hi ohlala, how abt fat graft to forehead instead of implant. I think it would be much safer and cheaper, the results are almost the same. You can research on Fat Transfer/ Fat Graft or below are the link to BK Dongyang's website, where they give fat injection to the forehead.

Hello , :)

I don't think you guys should believe the rumors of her going for surgeries, it's all speculations and she has never admitted going for any.

I think she's created like that. This is my point.

In my opinion after seeing all her pictures on her blog, I agree she's a late bloomer in physical appearances.

Due to features and lifestyle, certain people look generally better when they are older. But again, who knows if the picture from hugh school are real or not?

I know of people who have nice features since birth and they continue to blossom throughout the person's life.

I've seen forehead implants on korean websites and they use some kind of putty to inject and mold, while the thai clinics and hospitals (e.g. yanhee) employ the use of silicone implants, anyone here knows of any other methods and the pros and cons of each? :D

Hi Advaark,
In Korea, they use fat injection which is also known as autologous fat graft. Autologous Fat Graft is the transfer of fat cells from other part of your body to another. Common area to donor fat cells are lower or higher abdominan or thighs. Fat cells are normally extracted by experienced doctor using a liposuction method. When the fat cells are obtained, it would be processed and purified until it is ready to be injected into targeted areas. Advaark, in Thailand do they inject silicon using syringe or other method?

Advantages of AFG

- No foreign substances are injected into your body, you would be using your own fat cells and thus less likely to cause any allergies.
- If these fats cells do not survive beneath the skin, the cells are fully absorbed back by your body. Which silicon wouldn’t be naturally able to do

Disadvantages of AFG

- The survival rates of fat cells injected can range from 50-85% according to your own body so the results would be indefinite, unlike silicon which gives you a definite result straight away.
- Like any operation, you can get infection, cyst and other complications, this applies to silicon implant as well.

But it would be best if you can get more information from your doctor in Korea or Thailand who would perform this. Hope it helps.

thanks rachel :) when the thai ps told me silicone implant, i assumed it's one piece of silicone carved to fit the forehead, but i guess it might be injected instead, will go find out more... another thai surgeon suggested the use of permanent fillers

You re welcome :D. Advaark. Just be really careful on the type of artificial permanent fillers that they use, I ve heard too many bad reviews of artificial substance injection turns bad ofter a long period of time.

May I know which Korean ps you re reffering to? I would like to contact them, but it seems like forever for them to reply my mail. -sigh-

What do you think of aquamid or PMMA? They are permanent fillers and they are used for lipoatrophy on AIDS patients.

i reco everyone against using sculptra ( read about it )

it has many side effects..i knew of them even before my consult with dr somyos

in fact dr somyos said it is very unpredictable, has many side effects, and causes chronic inflammation which means free radical and cancer and aging.

the other fillers like HA ( hyaluronic ) and aquamid are much more stable and bio-compatible.
