I've been sending mail to the US doing that for donkey's years. As long as you use a calculation of 22¢ (I think that's local 1st class postage - check the SingPost site) then put enough of the local no price ones on to equal the rate needed. For the US it used to be $1 postage so 5 stamps was okay. Never had a bounce yet.
