Since the pocal postage stamps don't have any 'value' on them can one use them (multiples of) to post overseas? Just wondering.

ozbroiler,

I've been sending mail to the US doing that for donkey's years. As long as you use a calculation of 22¢ (I think that's local 1st class postage - check the SingPost site) then put enough of the local no price ones on to equal the rate needed. For the US it used to be $1 postage so 5 stamps was okay. Never had a bounce yet. :wink:
