My daughter came home with an invitation, and I wanted to let everyone know about MoE's upcoming event entitled ExCEL (Excellence through Continuous Enterprise and Learning) Fest 2008. It will include seminar talks, classroom experience sessions and exhibitions showcasing ongoing innovative efforts in local schools' journey to imporve the quality of teaching and learning.
