cut down on all the bad stuff in your diet like salt, MSG, smoke, etc.

forget all the bomoh stuff and all the myths about lotion and potion. the only 2 ways of getting your hair back is hair transplant where the root of your good hair is transplant into the missing bits on your head. second one is using a tried and tested lotion call regaine. but if you stop using regaine, you will loose your hair again. if you do buy regaine, be careful of fakes!

Its worth the money to spend on products to prevent your hair from falling especially since young (twenties). Cos when you reach a certain age, when you are almost bold then its a bit too late to use those hair lotions, n you mite have to go for hair transplant etc.

I am using Kerastase Specifique now, bcause i have oily scalp so its most recommended for me. I am not sure abt your situations.

don't always run your scalp (hair) under excessively hot water. like a previous post went: watch your diet. don't get too stressed. since it's largely genetics otherwise, you can only get on medication. there are side effects, so talk to your physician first.

I had my hairfall treatment with a GP doctor. Injection on the affected hairloss areas. Results proven and it's fast.
I went to Raffles Medical Clinic.
