I have relocated at singapore six months back and joined at Marketing manager in technical side.Having around 7.5 years of experience in telecom and networking.education qualifications are MBA and Beholore in Engineering.

I have small kid and a wife in DP.
Wife is Masters in Science (IT) right not she is not working

Pl's suggest me when should I apply for a PR.
Is it a right time to apply for the same what are the chances of getting a PR in this case.

You can apply for PR as long as you have a valid Employment pass. You will also need your company to endorse on your application form.

I am not so sure under what circumstances will ICA(Immigration and Checkpoint Authority) reject or accept a particular application. I have come across client whose application was rejected even though he has been working in Singapore for 2 years. I guess you have to keep trying.
