My friend went to Utopia at Roxy Square Mall and had quite a big tattoo done. She was very pleased with it. I went in to talk to them about covering an old one of mine and found them to be very friendly and willing to discuss what they could and couldn't do with it. I haven't had it done yet but if I do, I will probably go there. They weren't pushy at all which I found refreshing and just gave me their card and said to come back in to talk about it when I was ready to have it done.
I'd recommend at least going to talk to them to see what you think.
