Fat Transfer - lipo & fat transfer

I am wondering if anyone ever heard of fat transfer before as an alternative to breast implant of silicone or saline water.
It is apparantly quite safe because there s no incision involved and no foreign substances are injected into our body.
Anyone would like to share stories??
