You will have to pass thru 1st and final interview in order to be offered the postion. In 1st interview it's more like a Q & A session with the panel consists of 4-5 interviewers with 4 other girls. (in other words, 5 of u be entering the room together) If you pass this round u will be invited for the final interview via email or they give u a tinkle within a week time.

Went for the interview d... they said will let us know by 14th May... today is 14th d!!! why still no news from them... i heard that got people they already received call from them yesterday.... but their interview is on the 9th...

The interview is pretty casual n relaxing. Dont think any further, use your sense of humour n enjoy yourself talking to the interviewers. You will be going thru exactly the same like your 1st interview in your final. Before you are called for the final interview u will have a 1 to 1 chit chat session as a oral test. Just be yourself n smile always!

tatiana, really thanks for your information... Do they have bond? I just know their contract is 5 yrs. Do you know what is their benefit? How much is the basic? One month will get how much?

I'm in group 3 as well! Kinda nervous... Just wondering how would the final interview be conducted? What's their criteria on selecting crew, and how many of us would they select? Heard a lot of us got to final round. Jia you!

yalo, i heard is around 50 ppl got selected to go for final... I also received some info from others that... they will only select 20 in the final...

Im not really sure about that but just do ur best

I have no idea how the final interview be conducted. Im just same like u. Their criteria on selecting crew i also got no idea... all got to depends on that day...

Malaysian crew will be offered a 5years renewable contract (depending on your performance) with no bond. In other words, u may resign without having to compensate the company. Junior crew may expect a monthly earning of 5-6K depending on your roster.
