EP Application from two companies.

Hi All,
I got an offer as a software developer in a company and they applied for a e-pass. I got that pass approved and the company sent me a IPA letter. Now i got an offer from another company and I wish to join there.
My EP has not been stamped. What should I do if I want to join the second company? Please help.
