SIA cabin crew Malaysia walk in
Next week saturday is the interview... Don't know what is the result... This will be my 9th attemp... sounds alot... Didn't put much expectation in it. Just pray hard and hope this time can pass smoothly and can join my friend in SIA.

Some ppl watch things happen, some ppl let things happen, but I make things happen... The sky is my limit!
Cythx, hi ! exactly i agree with u ! the interview in singapore is much more harder. Which round did u make it into the last time? Btw, all the best for ur next interview, k!cythx wrote:summer_evening, from what i know is Malaysia is not that strict as Singapore. But for some people they think Malaysia is strict than Singapore walk-in. It's depends on individual. No harm trying...

yummy-liz, the last time in Penang interview i can't manage to pass the first round. Back in January interview in KL, that time i manage to go until 1-1... Got to find out what's the problem occur before go for this time and brush up my skills...

What were the questions they asked u? i think u have to be really confident and give them answers like are abit exaggerated. kekeke. ^^ My 1-1 interview was kinda hell, soooo many questions. Basically i failed the final round because of body weight issues. ridiculouscythx wrote:yummy-liz, the last time in Penang interview i can't manage to pass the first round. yummy-liz, well during that 1-1 interview... the interviewer ask me about the further place i have ever been and did i took flight before. She also ask me what they provide during the flight service. That time I really didn't take flight before so I didn't know how to answer her... and the last question was, she ask me about what i know about SIA. I didn't do any preparation about it. So I can't answer her question at all.. I'm kind of regret that time. Preparation before interview is very important, especially about their company info...

wow! ur questions were totally different from mine. He asked me what is discrimination? how do i prepare myself so that passengers do not think i discriminate them. and also gave me this scenario where this passenger making alot of noise in the plane, wanna move to the seat by the window, cos he is sitting with these smelly guys. and the flight was full, how do i settle? and also asked me what if someone touches my butt for couple of times in the plane. and he also asked me do i think that customer is always right.
For me i think the management round was much more simpler than 1-1 interview... but well i didnt pass the final , that sux . haha
Actually i didnt really prepare for the interview... but yeah.. at least find some info about sia,,and maybe u should practice with ur friends how to answer them. they like to ask silly questions

Ya, my friend got told me about that. This is a scenario question that get during the final management round. I only manage to go until 1-1 so didn't get any this scenario to handle... That time I already the question they will get during the final round management round but unfortunately i can't manage to go until there...yummy-liz wrote:wow! ur questions were totally different from mine. Hi Summer,summer_evening wrote:Hi lil pig/cythx,
I failed 2x as well. 1st attempt was a year ago. The 2nd was on 25th May. Never passed the 1st round. Am thinking to go kl on 7th June as i am Malaysian too=) Was kinda shocked when cythx mentioned the queue in Kl are as long as in spore....Are u working in spore?
Maybe we shld give a try in kl...heheee...
I personally think that Spore is more competitive compare to Malaysia's interview but it depends on individual of course, I cant say it is easier for the Malaysia one. It is just as tough. But less competitive because I think Sporeans are raised to be more outspoken and more confident compare to Malaysians but of course Malaysians are good as well but one thing for sure Sporeans can speak fluent english. Actually at the end of the day it still depends on your luck. Because my friend who failed the interview in KL went to Penang for the interview and she got it, in her opinion it wasn't as competitive as the KL one. But cythx got through 2 rounds in KL. So it is hard to predict, they will probably be having interview every month in Spore. I will be going back for the interview cause I'm 25 already...dun wanna miss any chance of getting in

Because now alot of people went for the walk in is around age 18-22.... For them, they will prefer choose those young age to train better. I think because at their young age, they will stay longer in their airline rather than choose at the age of 25 then fly for 2 years then want to get married then resigned. This is just my personal opinion but I will still go and try for it.renn wrote:25 i think still have chance. im 28 already... chances very very slim.
