i had a same feeling wif u during my 1st attempt. i told my sis i want 2 go bck, i dun 1 2 try. Coz evry1 there looks so professional, pretty n confident!
But now i knw, SIA is not only looking for pretty gals BUT with EQ+IQ. Good English over confident = OUT; Lack of confident oso OUT.
So, no worries. Try n get experince, u will be BETTER for ur next attempt!

V, just one step...i'll be a FS for Singapore Airline already. Too bad my studies was the hardest hurdle to jump over. Basically they asked me to do some short intro, asked me why i want to join SIA, then she discovered that i'll be graduating next year. From then on she kept talking about my degree. Lastly, she asked about my hobby. I think i was like inside the interviewing room for less than 5 mins.

Hi all, if anybody of you would to make it to the final round, i guess chances of you getting selected is very high. While I was waiting for my turn to be interviewed, i saw many ppl got through. I heard one was rejected which i don't have clue though, maybe he/she got some problem. And the next one to b rejected is me. hehehe ...

hello everyone! i am new here...i hope to become a cabin crew also! can i ask u guyz, i have a problem in height... my height is abt 189cm! is tat will become a problem when i apply 4 the cabin crew?? as i know, many airline jus got a min height requirement, so will i still stand 4 a chance? thx 4 help!

hey jeffery86, you can go and try for the upcoming SIA interview in Penang. You can email them to ask about your height concern. I think at this height should not be a problem, maybe a prob to smaller planes? heheh..i have no idea

Well...jeffrey86...u are little too tall for SIA i think..(only my opinion)...u still can try.However,if you fail SIA bcos of height you still can try those middle east airlines like Qatar,Emirates and Etihad.I think they probably love taller candidates.

Hi jeffrey86,

you are really tall & for certain fleets, there is also a maximum of height as the planes are smaller. Nonetheless, try to send in your application online, if they reply you, then should be fine. At times, they take quite some time to reply queries when you email them. Good luck!
