We are looking for a maid (1st time) and came across Telstar agency.
Before signing anything, are there things we should know, to avoid some problems? The contract states being able to replace the maid only twice paying about 300 each time. Is that normal? I heard there were quite a few rip-offs with some agencies… and am trying to avoid them…
