Unless you company is willing to give her a job (assuming they can get approval for an HR Exec in the first place - which I kind of doubt). The most they can do is help you to apply for a LTSVP for her (Long Term Social Visit Pass). This has to be renewed every 6 months but you would still need affidavits and some sort of proof of a relationship more than a girlfriend. You would need something along the lines of proof of a de facto relationship.

If she was able to get a LTSVP then she could try to find an employer who might give her a chance even though she does not speak any of the local languages - again, the odds?
