Hi..
Would appreciate greatly if someone can answer these enquires.. =)
Is there anyone here who's a freelance silkair stewardess?
1) How much is the basic pay and flying hour pay?
2) How many minimum flying hours that u will do per mth?
3) What abt the profit sharing in silkair? Or they do not have profit sharing for freelance?
Thank you very much.. =D

1) There no basic pay for freelance. Only flying allowance at $20plus per hour. No CPF contribution also.
2) You have to let them know which day you can fly. it must be including 1 weekend either Sat or Sun.
3)No profit sharing for freelance and no 13 months and no medical.
Hope i have answer what you wish to know.

if you would like to apply..
Requirements:
You need at least 2 years flying experience as Cabin Crew with an International Airline but preferably not more than 5 years since last flying career.
E-mail your resume, detailing your personal particulars, educational qualifications and a recent full-length photograph of yourself to
[email protected] or
[email protected].
And if u are selected, you will undergo a 22-day training program

It won't help even if you tell this to them because the training for freelance is only 22 days with an SEP refresher course and a brief introduction to Silkair's service sequence. It's unlike the 3 months training for the fresh joiners which covers all basics. You have no experience at all so you need to know all basics.
Jangan tanya soalan merepek boleh tak?
