Buy 4D. The odds for unbelievable things happening to you sound like in your favour.

Right on ! Get him to clean the streets ! I'm so angry to read about some loser doing loserish things and then wanting advice or sympathy. Hold me back. I want to attack ! :x

I dont know if he learnt his lesson but he got no sympathy here, why he would post on a forum asking such a question is beyond me, maybe it is a wind up :P

Im amazed how often people post here asking for advice on issues I wouldn't want to discuss in public, sure I can anonymous but whats the odds of getting good advice, specially on an issue like the one above, like what would some one say, like......skip the country, change your identity, get a good lawyer.....who knows.

The simple advice might just be, pay it and learn, but your right, if they are asking here the odds are they arnt learning.

you're one of those urban legends. i don't personally know anyone who's ever been caught jay walking.

couldn't you quickly make a wild dash for it?

"you can't catch me, copper!"

No, he's not an urban legend. I also got caught exactly the same way at the crossing in from of the AMK Mrt Station. About 30 of us crossed "half-way" while waiting for the "right turn signal" to go off. The cop got about 5 of us and I also got a $20 ticket. My question was obviously why not all of us? He reasoning was the 5 of us stepped off first so therefore we were the leaders? The was in the crosswalk mind you, not jaywalking but walking on the"redman" before it turned to the "greenman"! This was about 3 years ago.

Hey guys, Taxico is quite right. Its really not so easy to get fined for things like littering or jay-walking. It happens, but not all the time... That's indeed very rare bad luck.

Hmm... bit suspicious... except for those who need to go to court, I wonder if those chaps asking for your money are really from the authority... :?

Its not bad luck!!! Getting a ticket without doing anything wrong would be bad luck! Getting a ticket for littering is your own fault. The jury is out on Jaywalking.
