You need to know the doctor's credential before you engage his skill on your physical body. It is not which hospital you go to but the surgeon that is attending to you that is most important. There are very cheap operating cost that can be found around but be careful that they might not even have the licence to perform the operation. You need to know the doctor! If you need help, I can help.
