Hm, I wasn't asking for a 'regrant', I meant if I applied for it using the usual route, as a foreigner, would they have black marked my name? Just wondering.

Not necessary unless you are applying for SGC. But must always use your Russian PP when renewing your REP if you were granted PR using that...
