Same day diving, Singapore area

Hiya

I went for a few dives in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia over the past few months. I was wondering whether there is a way of overcoming the flights and 24 hour break between diving and flying..

are there any dive spots which you can reach by land and can anyone recommend a local Sing dive shop that organises this?

otherwise looks like white/black manta are the only ones doing trips from singapore, but this may involve mostly 3-4 nights.
