I can offer them a free accounting package even if they don't come through me. Can you top that? There are several links in my Links page in my signature below that also provide services for setting up companies here although I have no affiliation whatsoever with any of them.

Free accounting software here:

PMR

It would also appear that you are soliciting business against forum policy so please be careful.

sure u can offer them acccounting softwares, anyone can. But i'm only helping the Thread Starter in going through procedures in setting up a business. I don't see any wrong in doing that, and since Spring Singapore is offering a GST grant, he mind as well use it to get a free accounting software. I seriously don't see any wrong in doing this as i'm sure there's alot more people out there who has their own business don't know about the grant that Spring Singapore is giving out.

That's true. I didn't know Spring is offering a GST grant, only their seeding fund for tech start ups. Care to tell us more PMR?

Ah! Creative eyedeers at its best, inspiring innovation, not seen for a very long time, if at all, on the forum :) I like it!

Hopefully, PMR doesn't get to carried away here as he is already bordering on soliciting business and should be advertising in the Classified Section of this site. This is just a gentle reminder about the boards policy. ksl could teach you a WHOLE LOT on how to walk the tightrope here in that regard!

Also, please do not put call me, PM me, etc, etc in your posts as that will surely put the final nail innit!

Right ksl? :P

Yeah, but the problem with Banana's signature is it takes up much more that one line or one hyperlink as per our Forum Policy. So either bunny or eyedeers has got to go.

Okay Banana?

Thanks.

Ok, I've been through enough forums to know that they are never a democracy and often rightly so. Rules and guidelines have to be made and sometimes enforced for a reasonably enjoyable experience for all.

That said, I find it interesting you should bear grievance with my signature considering joop, an admin, has four lines - a reminder of his status, 2 hyperlinks to the more commercial aspects of this site and a logo. Even more so the way you have chosen to air them.

You've basically put me in a spot now because if I were to remove Bunny, then evidently my intention is to advertise (which incidentally is what I do, professionally). Removing eyedeers is fine with me but it doesn't really change the size of my signature, which apparently is what you have an issue with. Catch 22 anyone?

On another note, I happen to like what I do. Which means sometimes, there may be sites, images, videos, etc related to art, design and advertising that I like to share and hopefully discuss. This site is one of my preferred places to do so because (a) people here are generally articulate and (b) their exposure to the rest of the world allows for more informed opinions.

Admittedly, I've gotten a fair number of visits from this site but to me, that's simply a bonus. Advertising is just not the kind of service people get panhandled to.
