Hi,
Moving to Singapore in June and have been given the choice of the Great World Serviced Accomodation for 1 month.
http://www.greatworld.com.sg/>
Has anyone stayed there or do you know what it is like?
Thx

I have good friends who lived there for 2 months. They loved it. Everything you could ask for is in the mall & the location is great. The only downside is the guards are maniacal about blocking the driveway and Its not on an MRT stop, but there is a shuttle bus.

lived there for a month, it's a great place for a soft landing, but it's
correct no MRT, i usually took the taxi to CBD in the morning for roughly
8 SGD but yes they have a shuttle bus. good facilities and a big shopping
mall is in the building as well.
cheers

Lived there too for a couple of months before moving to permanent accomodation. Facilities were great, a few things were organised to get newcomers to meet other people in same situation which was fantastic, the bar near the pool is a grat way to met others too. The accomodation was good, the housekeeping comes every 2 days . The location is spot on with Great World City shopping centre literally at your doorstep, it has a cold storage and a wide selection of shops and groceries can be delivered to you straight away upstairs.
If you have kids, they have a kids zone with activities organised every now and again and a playground.
My family and I enjoyed it, it was a great and easy start to our arrival in Singapore. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with your move.

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has stayed in GWC apartments recently and their thoughts?
We're moving over to SG soon and planning to stay there.
Particularly, is anyone aware of the internet situation (avaiability/cost etc.)?
Thanks
