Post by fig1 » Tue, 22 Apr 2008 8:05 pm

I'm moving out to Singapore in June and someone mentioned that you can't but fresh milk, just UHT. Is that the case? Just a bit concerned for my one year old daughter. thx

Baby milk

Post by TakeaTablet » Tue, 22 Apr 2008 10:37 pm

If you are referring to fresh milk then the cost is reasonable. Prices @ the major supermarkets are always better. Cost for 2ltr is between S$4.6-$6 (sometimes more) depending on where the milk has come from. Australian imported milk are usually more expensive than those coming from ThaiLand. Hope this helps.

fresh milk - S$3.25 for 1 litre. so as sms said, you are paying for it BIG time!

personally, i think the baby should still be on breast milk. if not, go for UHT full cream. got to be full cream as the baby need the fat!
