hey, ive got visible scars on my hands. will they fail immediately upon visible scars?

For which airline recruitment are you referring to? If it is for SIA, and you can't conceal it, probably you will fail. Is it on ur hands or forearm? Don't worry, most scars can be concealed, you can buy the Sally Hansen spray for it.

Btw, you should post on the respectively forums, more people will respond that way and it is more organised for the forum that way.
