Yep you're right. Good thing too as expats tend to like the additional room the "second-hand" flats provide. When a new 5 room flat only has 105sg/m and my "second-hand" flats has 121sg/m and cost me the same I figure the New Flat buyers are the suckers. Even with the new design & build flats.
