hi - i have some jewelry i would like to sell, but been new to town i'm not sure the best way to do it. does anyone know of any shops that will exchange or sell? Or any other methods?

Pawn Shops. In every housing estate town centre.

what about high value jewelry? eg diamonds worth over SG$5000... would a normal pawn shop take them? or are there better places to sell?

what kind of price are you looking at

No please don't tempt me...do you have certificate too...would you mind a professional checking them over? Otherwise i doubt a pawnshop would take them, especially if they have no experience in diamonds.
