My son is 13 months and has been going to a daycare 2 afternoons a week since 10 months. They take babies from 2 months I think and offer full time, part time and emergency care options. I have had no problems with them so far and he seems to enjoy going there. They are in Bukit Timah at Turf City so not in the city area and are called the Sunflower Baby House. I think Cherie Hearts also have infant care in the city but I have no experience with them. Hope that helps.
Cherie Hearts On Merchant Road (near Clarke Quay) takes infants. My 15-month-old son has been going for half-days for about a month now. I've been happy with them, and they seem to take very good care of him.
I think the Cherie Hearts in CBD also takes infants? Check the site -- they list the ones that do.
