WAYS TO BIGGER BOOBS

Postby furly angel » Wed, 09 Apr 2008 3:16 am

Hi everyone,
I really really need help here. I used to have big and nice boobs few years back. This recent two years, i tried loosing weight, well, i succeeded but at the same time, the size of my boobs drop. I must say im really very affected by that. I can no longer walk with any confident. Clothes that i wear are not flattering anymore. Is there any ways without surgery i can achieve it back? Like adding in a certain food or drink into our daily meals? I hear birth control pills helps increase the size, is it true? Anyone with experience here? I am 18 here, really devastated by my shrink boobies.

A good bra will definitely help. Don't be shy asking the SA for help and try on as many as you can. How much weight did you loose and what was the cup size before and now?

I was 58kg and im now 48kg. Was pretty happy with the weight lost until i realise my bra became bigger. I used to be a 36B and now im 34A. I only 18 so i hope i can find ways to regain it back.

Having the right fitted bra will give you a nice outline, you might want to check out the other thread regarding bras. Wacoal is a good brand to try. Just be sure to tell the SA what you are looking for.
It's quite common to put on weight being on birth control pills, patch or injections; from personal and friends' experience.

Try to add more protein food to yr daily meal, go to the gym and do special excercises (you can check with a gym instructor which one is the best for you). it helps at least to strengthen muscles on yr chest around yr breast. But in general there is no way to increase yr size, because our boobs - it's just a pure fat. Try to gain some "healthy weight".

Birth controls pills do not help to increase the size.

P.S. it's a matter of choice but for yr young age it's very unhealthy to lose so much weight that even yr boobs became small.

Furly, you asked abt birth ctrl pills, here's some info: http://www.singaporeexpats.com/forum/ftopic49384.html

But PLS bear in mind that the increase is a side effect. Abusing the drug for purposes other than its main function could have its consequences.
Also, the taking any forms of pills long term can affect your liver adversely.

It comes along with other side effects which you should research too, some being 2-3kg weight gain, mood swings etc.
Only abt 2/3s of the growth during your medication period will probably retain after you cease taking it. Also, because it manipulates your fertility, this drug is not one you should take without reviewing the possible dire consequences.
However rosy a size increase can appear, it could come with a possible price tag most can't afford.

Google "diane 35 breast cancer" and you may find some speculations where people wonder if the pill could ever lead to it. It's essentially administered as a oral treatment to clear breakouts, and as a form of contraceptive.
Not everyone might actually experience the increase in size hence do think twice and consult with a gd G.P. so you know what you're getting your self into.

Imho, I'm sharing coz I feel everyone has the right to facts but I also want to present both the pros and cons so you may understand better. Feel free to read up more online if you wish to... :)

the only way to get bigger breast is surgery, or to wear padded bra. that's the fact, not the myths.

That's like saying that teleportation does not exist, though in true fact it does. Quantum teleportation at least.

Before verdicts are made, it might be a good thing to research or google. Try "diane 35 bigger breasts", "The pill bigger breasts" and the finds might be rather interesting.

A pretty gd ans's taken from http://www.thesite.org/healthandwellbei ... das/upacup :
"People come in all shapes and sizes - and that includes women's breasts. Women develop at different ages, and as you are still in your teens, your breasts could still be developing. There are different options available if you feel unhappy with the size of your breasts but remember it's common for people to be unhappy about some aspect of their body.

NetDoctor advises: "One thing is common for all women; there is no medicine of any kind, no work-out machine or exercise that will significantly change the shape or size of your breasts. The only pills which would affect the size of your breasts are hormonally-based and they are unlikely to make a significant difference."

There can be certain hormones in the contraceptive pill that may stimulate breast growth in some people and it is a possible side-effect of the pill, but it will not affect everybody. Your doctor (GP) could discuss this in further detail with you.

According to Cancer Research, breast enlargement pills are supposed to work by "tricking your breasts into believing that you are pregnant. This means that the pills stimulate the production of oestrogen in your body in the same way that oestrogen is produced during pregnancy". There are many different pills available on the market and some may work for certain people but it's important to bear in mind that herbs and dietary supplements may not be regulated in the UK.

You may find it interesting to check out the Breast Enlargement and Enhancement Forum, where there is a review of breast enhancement pills and you can chat to other people sharing the same concerns.

It's worth remembering that a well-fitted bra can make a big difference to your posture, shape and confidence. To make sure you have a well-fitted bra, you can have a fitting at a lingerie or department store.

Perhaps the important thing to be thinking about is your self-image and sense of self-worth, and why you would like your breasts to be bigger. You may find it helpful to talk to friends or relatives about this. Almost all of us have at least one part of our body we're not happy with and it's easy to forget that whatever it is might be much more noticeable to ourselves than it is to others. You might find talking to people you trust helps you feel more comfortable about your breasts.

If you really do have much smaller breasts than you would like, it's best that you see your local doctor, since ultimately only a medical professional will be able to advise you on what is safe and appropriate for you."

Another interesting article from http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/f ... _id=494374 says:
"Other experts highlight the effect of hormones - breast tissue is extremely sensitive to these, with some women finding they need a bigger bra in the week leading up to a period. This is a major reason why the contraceptive pill - which also leads to fluid retention in the breast - has been linked to the increase in breast size.

"There is a tendency for the pill to stimulate breast growth," says Professor Pierre-Marc Cilles Bouloux, a consultant endocrinologist and physician at The London Clinic. "However, modern versions of the pill contain far less oestrogen than their older counterparts, so it is not fair to attribute this shift in its entirety to the pill." "

Check out what users or others have to say too:
http://www.acne.org/diane-35-reviews/297/page1.html , http://www.healthboards.com/boards/arch ... 21811.html , http://www../forumboard/messages/1151/1 ... 1207968594 , http://www.discovervancouver.com/forum/ ... 528&st=270 , http://forums.obgyn.net/pcos/PCOS.0110/0817.html .

Of course, the growth in size is merely a side effect which may or may not happen to most users and is NOT the solution to enlargement.
Diane 35 is administered as a treatment for breakouts/acne, as well as a form of contraceptive. No one should ever abuse drugs for reasons other than its main function.

The above aside, it is true that everyone should just be glad with what they have. One can always have other areas of beauty to flaunt so no point dwelling on the half-empty glass. If it's really that important, perhaps it helps that most women will eventually grow larger assets after child-birth; not just from the swelling of milk production. Although it might come with a price tag of sagginess once the breast-feeding stops...lol

Angiezz,

I am somehow coming to the conclusion that your are somehow promoting this crap. While you are flooding the threads with lots of information, most of it is nothing but forums as well. As you are fond of quoting it is a side effect, I do not think it is in anybody's interest for you to keep on promoting something designed for something else only for the side effects it produces on boobs.

I feel that you are a danger here inasmuch as you are not a doctor and these girls are susceptible to any Tom, Dick or Harry who tells them that they CAN have bigger breasts by using chemicals designed for something else. When enough studies have been done, as was done with hair growth from minoxidil and Rogaine was developed and FDA approved Then and only then could it be recommended as a treatment for male pattern baldness. Even now, it's only temporary but at least it is FDA approved for that purpose.

Therefore, any further posts regarding taking something for it's side effect properties will be deleted without explanation as we do not know what other side effects there may well be.

Sms, if coming as a 3rd party, I'd support your decision in saying that anyone who's not medically certified ought not to advise on drugs or medication, especially in a misleading way.

In searching for facts and listing them the way they were found, I also presented the downside of things while repeatedly and strongly reinstating that I advise against the misuse of any drugs. Hence Inmo I also wish you could have read further into this before accusing that I was actually "promoting" it, tho I don't blame you for coming to that conclusion from my posts & if in your position, I'd have said the same to prevent possible misleading of the unaware.

In relation to posts before yours and in all honesty, I just wanted to share coz it did tick me off to see the ignorant saying stuff like "there's no such thing" when perhaps there's so much more to learn abt what really exists.

Take this scenario; if there was a thread titled "can cloning of species be done" & someone retorted "cloning is baseless & impossible". Had I listed facts to say "actually cloning exists, but of course it still has its deficiencies hence it's not advisable to go forth with it without knowing the possible concequences"

Instead of being wronged, & saying that I was promoting cloning, I wish it can be taken in a different light where I only wished to enlighten; sharing all the effects, both good and bad, while discouraging misuse just in case.

I could perhaps have been saying, "Yes, people have lost weight from drinking cold water but pls don't abuse that coz if overdone w/o reviewing concequences, there could even be dangers of water intoxication etc.", but later be accused of promoting something when I wasn't doing so.

Bottomline is that I wish you could have seen the true intent before assuming the worst, but in any case, I see where you're coming from and I agree you meant well no matter what.

I know what your real intent was, and it's because of that that I left ALL of your posts in multiple threads intact. Had I though otherwise I would have just deleted them like so many that we have to do. I know you are just giving information and I don't have a problem with than, but when you go on a crusade and dredge up all the "enlarge my boobs" threads and post repeatedly the same things, I get a wee bit worried as that is the normal actions of a scammer/spammer/mlm'r. Let's face it, the people who are reading your posts are exactly the ones that shouldn't be reading them. They are looking for magic bullets, snake oil, Bomohs and lord knows what. They go under the knife for "perceived" problems. Giving them this kind of information is like saying I know where you can get Slim10 or Duromine. They don't have enough common sense to read the fine print (the downsides) All they see it bigger boobs or easy don't have to work at it weight loss, or whatever. The will go out and take it even though we don't know what it will do to you in the long run.

Would you be comfortable knowing that somebody when out and starting taking this stuff and in the process ended up with liver failure or worse all because you pointed them in that direction. Had enough studies been done to ensure that it is okay and FDA approved for that kind of usage then fair enough.

I know you mean well, but we have to think of the lowest common denominator when putting out information here.

there's no magic pill to make the breast bigger. even if brith control pills can make it bigger, are they what they are for? the OP is only 18 years old. the best advise for the OP is to see a doctor to discuss it.

Sms, speaking in absolute generics, isn't it a tick off when there're the ignorant frogs-in-the-well who mislead the public by alleging the untruths without even getting facts right first. Sometimes it just makes you wana shine some enlightenment along their way so it can provoke some further reading...lol
I'm sure you'd have felt similarly before coz you often straighten out the facts of those who don't get it right.

BUT admittedly, perhaps I ought to withhold at times in case some readers are misled too, coz anything medically related can have its risks. And it could be better that they're kept in the dark than enlightened to truths but end up misusing things for the wrong reasons...lol

Yes it's a very thin line when weighing out the pros & cons, especially for the blinded who simply want the benefits but would choose to disregard the ill-effects.
So that would have made it tough for me to balance sharing facts, while trying also to highlight the disadvantages...lol

Well, if we can see that each other both meant well, it's fine with me.

On a side note, it bowled me over when you replied to the thread "Best Cleavage Enhancing Bra" and retorted "Don't wear one at all and let you nips do the talking!"...

Yep durain, I doubt there's any one proven miracle drug for the key function of breast-growth. Though there is another herb widely tried, tested with users all swearing by it but no one hears much of such stuff since they're not scientifically proven nor medically certified for that purpose.

Still, no one should even advise the OP to consult the doc to take "contraceptives" just for the wrong purposes.

Those aside, pls make no mistake that I'm highly eager to enhance myself... I was prescribed diane 35 to clear skin of break outs but later experienced side-effects hence went to read up extensively abt it so I'd be aware of what all the consequences of that medication might be.

To add on, two docs who prescribed that med; one a GP from a clinic and another a specialist(gynae) from Mt. E.; did not state ALL the possible side effects. I had to ask. Even then, not all were risen up. What I'm trying to say is that though doctors are medically fit to advise on drugs, they're only human hence may not always offer the most perfect solutions even after consultation. That explains the inconsistency in the information given by the docs.

Sometime back, a friend of mine who visited a GP at a polyclinic was told she had nothing wrong but she second-thought that diagnosis after the meds administered didn't work. She then went to a 2nd doctor & later discovered she was actually down with shingles, which is rather serious.

In all due respect, at times it might be safer than sorry to take the initiative to read up on drugs we intake or any forms of illnesses we're diagnosed with, coz the info we find might be more insightful than the brief consultation given by the doc. Though of course, we must always be careful of what we read online and reaffirm the facts if it's important.

LoL Durain...I enjoy reading up but the ans's a definite no...hahaha
I may be certified for 1st aid & emergency first response (efr) due to the diving course I take but gdness, medical knowledge is a pretty strong word which I'd never dare claim I have...lol

Besides, the 1st aid I know has never been tested coz I've yet to encounter any major dive-accident injuries yet so it's rather trivial...lol

Guess the general info are merely what we read of whatever interests us, but to an extent tho books or the internet states them as facts, I do take some of them only with a pinch of salt...lol

Rofl...if google doesn't count, I wouldn't have learnt much either, whether those info I've read up over time were facts or crap...hehehe :P

T'was hilarious when you mentioned "google doesn't count" coz it was just so spot on...lmao
