Last year was a shame, after long training last week couldnt train at all, and so stressed/tired and i did a quite poor time.

This year, hopefully I will do it better.

I will run too the 15 Km in the Passion Run (http://www.singaporepassionrun.com/)

My training schedule will be quite irregular, but if someone want to run together, this is my expected time:

15 Km - 1h 15m (4.5 min/km)

Half marathon - 1h 45 (5 min/km)

I ran in Spain before, but quite many years ago!!

Last year I ran this half marathon, but as i told you, I had big changes in my life (I moved to KL 2 weeks before, and couldnt train and just back to SG previous day late in the night), so i took an easier pace to be sure i would finish the 21 km (6 min /km), and I did it quite easily

I cant suggest training method. I know how I work and whats good for me can be bad for any other one. When training for this race last year, I did it 6 days at week, alternating long runs and quick ones. If I did any other kind of sport, I wouldnt run for 2 days.

Im quite weak for explosive activities, but my body has quite good endurance. Any little kid will beat me in a 50m race!

Send me a PM if you want to keep in touch and share more info!

I am going for the Passion Run too, but taking 10km, as I only started taking part last year, for the New Balance Run, and this is my second run. So, I want to be sure I am comfortable with it before going for a longer distance.

I didn't do well for last year run, as I did not train at all & also suffer from toe injury, clocking 1h 19min - 10km.

I think I will give the SAFRA Run a missed, as I was told that there are too many army personnel taking the run in bunches.
