Relocating to singapore need help

Hi,
I will be coming to Singapore in April 08 end.
I need to find a house/condo near Boon Lay Area or Near Benoi Crescent Area...with reasonable rent
Please let me know the rent for the condo or a single room near that Area or

Be very careful about giving out personal information via the PM or even openly on the board to "New" members with very few posts. These often times are unscrupulous shysters out to try to take advantage of newcomers. Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents and Car Dealers are the worst of the bunch. We whack them when they are found out but often they have too much slime to catch.
