Tingkat/Dinner Delivery to Central Area

Hello,

I managed to find the following caterer who is willing to deliver tingkat/dinner to Central Area (I am staying at Upper Cross Street). But they charged an extra $1 for ERP surcharge. Food is not oily and they cooked pretty decent Chinese Food.
