Hi
Does anyone have any recommendations on a Singapore based international moving firm to help shipping household furniture back to the UK?

Hi keepitreal - the inbound people handling our current move TO SIN are Helu-Trans. We have been happy with the way they liased with us, however you do need to keep an eye on them as the crew we had were a little messy. Nothing major, but if you are a*ally retentive like us then it's a small issue. Very professional mob.
If you want a contact PM me and I shall provide!!
Good luck - will miss you around the forums...P & C

i also used them on in-bound and found them to be good. However, the firm moving our stuff from the UK packed up six boxes of stuff which we told them to leave behind in the UK so Helu sent these back to the UK about 6 months ago. My folks were over a few weeks ago and said they never received the 6 boxes so god knows where they are now!

Your six boxes are probably with our brand new Sony Bravia 40" TV which "mysteriously" never made it into our container back in OZ. That's not Helu's fault, btw - another mob...

The incoming agent of the line i used was called Oxford Van Lines and did a pretty swift job....... it's part of an international alliance of independant movers so when you book one company in one country chances are they are different where you land.
It started out as AsiaExpress i think, out of Hong Kong and morphed.
