White noise machine?

Does anyone know where to find a white noise machine in Singapore?

A white noise generator is good for sleeping as it drowns out the identifiable noises with something that is like equilibrium. Actually if you have ever spent a night sleeping on the beach with the seas / river lapping the shore, it can be considered white noise as well as it doesn't intrude but blends in with the background.

After writing that, I decided to see what was out there and found this one of many:

for the full beach effect to compliment the white noise, get an ioniser as well. it will charge the air with negative ion, just like you get after a heavy down pour or in the beach. :)

well if its for a baby, a radio with the sound down low will do just as well.....

I've been looking for one here but so far no go, I get the same dopey looks when I ask for a shower radio in such strange places as Best, Harvey N or Challenger

easy to find in the States at places like The Sharper Image, but from here better to buy like most things from Amazon
